Where are the shirts being shipped from?

We are a family-based company that is PROUD to print and ship from North America. All orders ship directly from New York or Ontario.
Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.

 

Do you provide tracking numbers?

YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email. Sometimes our emails find their way into your JUNK folder. If your tracking info doesn't arrive, just shoot us an email at: weartshirtsinfo@gmail.com and we will happily resend :)

 

Can I customize the colour of shirt for my order?

YES! We offer a number of different colours that we are able to print on, although some colours in some sizes are limited to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: if you order a BLACK shirt, selecting a BLACK logo will not print the best. We highly recommend selecting a colour that contrasts the logo (example; black logo, choose a light shirt. Light logo, choose a darker shirt).

How do I change the colour of my order?

It's simple, at checkout you'll have a box where you can directly notify us of any required changes or special instructions for your package. Just make a note of what colour you prefer and we'll customize your order. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colours other than Black and White.
Please note that changing the color of your shirt will not modify the color of the ink.

What colours do you offer?

We offer more than 20 different colours of t-shirts, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three styles of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red. We also offer many different styles of products too, hoodies, crewnecks, etc.

 

What method of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard for payment.

We use PAYPAL for secure payment, but you can certaintly use Credit upon Checkout!

 

What is the average wait time?

All orders are processed and printed within 2 business days of receiving your order, although we strive to have most shirts shipped out the same day we receive your order.
The average wait times are estimates for each country. Shipments can vary on carriers and holiday schedules:

Processing time + the following for shipping (UPS, USPS are are biggest shippment companies)

United States:

4-8 business days

Canada:

4-8 business days

United Kingdom:

7-15 business days

Mexico:

5-10 business days

Other international countries:

10-20 business days.

 

Exchanges

All of our orders are MADE TO ORDER and we use the latest DTG technology (which allows us to print-on-demand). Due to the custom ordering/ unique-ness of our products, we currently aren't accepting exchanges.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer full refunds for "defective" orders. If you receive an order and are unhappy due to a defect, please send us an email right away with a photo of the defect included.

What is a defect? "Defective Items" include: Rips, Incorrect Size, Style or Color by Manufacturer and Incorrect Items. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email weartshirtsinfo@gmail.com within three days of receving the product, with the details of the defect and a picture of the product. 

Please note the print on the shirts may appear different from the image that appears on weartshirts.com. Defective items do not include discrepancies with the print, including quality.
